New design proposals for Dunoon travel route

Following feedback from a public consultation in May 2023, new design proposals will launch for an active travel route between Dunoon and Hunters Quay. The proposed route will make it easier and safer to walk, cycle and wheel for residents and visitors.

ELC registration in ¾ÅÐãÖ±²¥ and Bute

Children in ¾ÅÐãÖ±²¥ and Bute who were born between 1 March 2021 and 28 February 2022, can be registered for a funded Early Learning and Childcare (ELC) place the week beginning Monday 22 January 2024.

Finnart pipeline – multi-agency statement

¾ÅÐãÖ±²¥ is coordinating a multi-agency response following a small quantity of light crude oil surfacing from an underground pipeline in the area local to Finnart Ocean Terminal, ¾ÅÐãÖ±²¥ and Bute.

Dunoon gains gold

Dunoon Primary School has become the latest school in ¾ÅÐãÖ±²¥ and Bute to receive a gold award in UNICEF UK’s Rights Respecting School Programme.
