Please note that CSP staff can only assist on a limited range of matters and for more complex requirements or requests customers would be better to deal directly with the service involved or to use the request it and report it functions on this website.
Matters that Customer Service Point staff can assist with include blue badges, travel cards, copying and sending of documents to council teams, benefits and council tax enquiries, taxi licenses and payments.
Customers can also email enquiries@argyll-bute.gov.uk with specific enquiries where they cannot find the information on the council website.
